Man, those LG TVs really make those episodes of House Hunters and Golden Girls really shine, huh. That’s the kind of dud B2B response were up against.
Even in the cold world of B2B, LG tech has a weirdly human soul. It’s not just hardware; it’s the thing that actually makes a guest feel welcome or a team feel connected.
Also, we built this plane while flying it—starting from scratch with zero assets to create a high-end, cross-platform identity that didn’t just sell specs.
ANTHEM
The insight: people are genuinely surprised just how many places you’ll find LG solutions, especially SMBs. So, we created a video that showcases a robust product line and every vertical LG can be found.
Script
Fascinating. What looks like a device is more than speeds and feeds. At LG, we see a solution built on experiences…experiences in an interactive world. Experiences that spark inspiration and power the imagination. That comfort or excite us, make us jump out of our seats. They inform, helping light our way and point us in new directions. Because behind every moment is the potential for tremendous transformation. Whether it starts with a glance, a touch, or a powerful feeling, LG makes those moments meaningful.
So, go ahead, look again, and tell us what fascinations you see.

“HEY, LG BUSINESS HERE”
Post rollout, we created a series of short ads with a simple premise: what if LG had a younger, lesser-known brother who just wants to remind you that LG is serious about business. Oh, and be sure to buy directly from us. The more casual tone proved to be the perfect pitch for a mere “reminder” video.
LG CLOUD PORTFOLIO
This campaign leans on LG being a business thought-leader in verticals where people don’t expect to find them, emphasizing how these thin clients are no dumb IT solution.
Initially part of a Thin Client-only campaign, this video elevates the expected product demo into something a little more memorable.
LG GRAM FOR BUSINESS
No, that’s not a typo. “Gram” and “business” are lowercase. And no, even with the LG namesake, SMBs didn’t know LG is does B2B.
So, when LG wanted to make a business SKU for their popular consumer laptop, they asked us to make it distinct, with an emphasis on small business owners. Plus, the idea had to carry across a large swath of extensions: social media, email, paid display and search, video, and other educational items.
